Availability and savings vary. Video examples are illustrative. Ohio eligibility and current terms apply.
In plain language
What AutoSave does.
AutoSave compares a personalized Think Energy electricity supply rate with your utility’s applicable Price to Compare. It does not compare every supplier in the market. When a qualifying change applies, AutoSave manages it on your behalf and notifies you. Your utility continues to deliver electricity, respond to outages, and send your bill.
In Ohio, the AutoSave service provider is Think Home Solutions, LLC, which is separate from Setup My Power, Think Energy, and your utility. Setup My Power is an independent Energy Advisor and may receive referral compensation.
Rates can change monthly
Rates are not disclosed in advance. You receive notices about activity, not a locked rate ahead of time.
No guaranteed switch or savings
Enrollment authorizes supply management. It does not guarantee a switch, a specific rate, or savings.
Supply is part of the bill
AutoSave only affects the supply portion. Utility delivery charges and fees still apply.
Supply-benchmark protection has contractual qualifications and exclusions — for example, time-of-use supply, demand meters, demand rate classes, and later utility benchmark adjustments. Think Home Solutions does not charge AutoSave service fees, but electricity charges, utility fees, and existing supplier obligations can still apply. See the current agreement for full terms.
Two audiences, one enrollment link
For your Wilmington home or small business.

For your Wilmington home
Homeowners and renters who manage their own eligible electricity account. If electricity is included in your rent or controlled by a landlord, you may not be able to authorize a supply change.

For your Wilmington small business
Eligible small commercial accounts. Shops, salons, and offices are illustrative examples — business type alone does not establish eligibility. Annual usage, meter, and rate class matter.
Both enrollment buttons open the same referral link. Enrollment continues on the provider’s site.
Get ready
Before you enroll in Wilmington.
City names and ZIP codes do not establish eligibility. Wilmington’s 45177 is a geographic reference, not a coverage boundary, and does not determine your utility or rate class. Do not assume every Wilmington address has the same utility. Identify yours from your electricity bill — and distinguish it from the City’s municipal water billing.
We don’t claim a Wilmington aggregation status, municipal partnership, local office, or utility endorsement. Verify your own situation from your bill and official local information.
Your checklist
- Have a recent electricity bill ready and identify the utility and current supplier.
- Review any current supplier contract or aggregation arrangement, including end dates and possible cancellation fees.
- Confirm that you are authorized to make changes to the account.
- Check eligibility through the provider's enrollment process using your actual service address.
Ohio PIPP/PIPP Plus and arrearage-crediting program participants should not leave assistance programs to enroll. Check your eligibility status before proceeding.
Self-enrollment
How to enroll.
No sales call, lead form, or account creation on this site. You complete enrollment on the provider’s website.
- 1
Get your bill ready
Review your current supplier agreement and gather the account information requested by the provider.
- 2
Check your address
Open our enrollment link, follow the customer electricity-offers path, and look for AutoSave if it's available for your account. Avoid the Energy Advisor registration path.
- 3
Review and complete enrollment
Read the current offer and supply-management authorization, provide requested information on the provider's site, complete its process, and save the confirmation.
Clicking our link alone does not complete enrollment. If AutoSave is not offered or your account details are unclear, use enrollment help rather than selecting an unrelated product. Don’t select an offer that isn’t right for your account.
