Homeowners
If you own your home and hold the electricity account in your name, you're likely the authorized account holder. Gather a recent bill, note your utility and current supplier, and review any contract or aggregation terms.
Renters
Renters who control their electricity account and are the authorized account holder may enroll. If electricity is included in rent or controlled by your landlord, check your lease first — you may not be able to change the supplier.
Prepare
What to check before enrolling
- Your utility — find it on your electricity bill, not your water bill.
- Your current supplier — have you already shopped, or are you on utility supply?
- Contract or aggregation terms — expiration dates and any fees.
- Account-holder authority — you must be authorized to act on the account.
- Assistance programs — PIPP/PIPP Plus or arrearage-crediting participants should not leave assistance to enroll.
Don't assume your ZIP code (45177) determines your utility or eligibility. Identify your utility and supplier from your bill, and check availability through the enrollment link.
